This project is a 20,000 s.f., 3-story building undergoing a major renovation, including work on the exterior facade as well as the interior, to house the Healthcare for the Homeless medical clinic. The facility contains office area for the administration, exam rooms, labs, dental operatories, and conference and meeting space. 

My role involved creating and developing the Revit model, producing all drawings and documents for the project from Schematic Design through Construction Documents and assisting as needed during Construction Administration. I was involved in space planning and design decisions, including designing and developing details for the interior and exterior.
