The Larkspur Center is a renovation of an existing senior center and a 35,000 SF multi-generational recreation center addition to the building. The building is situated in a park in Bend, Oregon, where access to the building will happen from both sides of the building. The new addition contains a large lobby/ cafe area, group fitness rooms, a running track on the second floor with views outside, as well as views into the indoor pool, and a large fitness area on the second floor. The indoor pool/ natatorium contains a leisure pool, lap pool, and spa.
